Challenge
​Educational institution needed assisted with post student job placements. Many of their students struggled with finding gainful employment after graduation and struggled with job readiness skills.

Action
We provided one-on-one career coaching to students, helping them navigate their job search in the healthcare industry. We designed and facilitated workshops on resume writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, and networking skills tailored to the healthcare sector.

Results
Students developed essential soft skills such as communication, empathy, teamwork, and stress management which lead to more job offers.

Challenge
​Opal desired executive hiring and diversification to incorporate leadership roles including C-suite, vice president, director, and candidates from a diverse backgrounds such as women, veterans, minorities, and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community.
Action
We developed a strategy integrating inclusive sourcing practices, targeted outreach initiatives, and unbiased evaluation methods specifically designed for leadership positions. We recommended that OPAL establish partnerships with diversity-focused organizations, such as Women in Leadership, Out & Equal, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and various veteran transition networks. To attract candidates from underrepresented groups, we crafted job descriptions using inclusive language. Interviews were structured with standardized questions and consistent scoring rubrics to minimize bias. Additionally, we implemented blind resume reviews by removing identifiers, including names and educational institutions, during the initial screening process.

The talent pool was expanded by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and nontraditional pipelines. All leadership positions were filled by individuals from diverse backgrounds; the inclusive hiring approach was associated with reduced turnover and increased productivity.

Challenge
SCB’s entrepreneur members experienced challenges due to insufficient clarity regarding leadership branding and influence. They expressed a desire to lead with greater purpose, presence, and impact.​
Action
We delivered three months of executive coaching to six entrepreneurs, targeting leadership values, strengths, executive presence, influence style, and personal branding to align with business objectives.

Results
The Entrepreneurs reported that the sessions enabled them to clarify objectives, establish boundaries, and align business goals with personal values.

Focus: From Overwhelmed to Empowered — Executive Coaching for a Small Business Owner
Challenge
Grow Forward noted that their high-performing women leaders were reporting increased rates of burnout. Many described experiencing chronic stress and emotional exhaustion, facing challenges in balancing leadership responsibilities with personal well-being, and dealing with imposter syndrome.

Action
Royal HR at Hand provided a Resilient Leadership Training Program for women leaders experiencing burnout. The program featured mindful leadership, emphasizing emotional intelligence, boundary-setting, and energy management, and introduced breathwork, journaling, and cognitive reframing techniques.

Results
​The participants indicated experiencing lower stress levels, clearer work-life boundaries, and greater confidence.
